Frequently Asked Questions

1. How do I know which format is ideal for the size of my event?

It depends on the objective and the number of guests. For an intimate cocktail party or a networking event (20 to 50 people), a soloist or duo provides the perfect musical backdrop without overpowering conversations. For galas, weddings, or larger corporate events (over 100 people), a trio or the full show delivers the presence and energy needed to fill the space.

2. My budget is tight; can I really afford live music?

Absolutely! The advantage of flexible formats is that you don't have to pay for a full band if you don't need one. Options like a soloist or a duo offer all the elegance and distinction of live music at a very affordable price that fits your budget.

3. Will the music volume allow my guests to converse comfortably?

Yes, absolutely. We adjust the volume and instrumentation to suit the event's dynamics. In formats such as Acoustic (Jazz/Lounge) or smaller setups, the goal is to set the mood and elevate the experience, ensuring that guests can converse without having to raise their voices.

4. Does the artist or group have their own sound equipment?

Yes. All formats include high-quality professional audio equipment suited to the size of the space and the number of attendees. You don't have to worry about renting or setting up any sound equipment.

5. How much space is required for the musicians' setup?

We adapt to almost any space:

- Soloist / Duo: Require minimal space (a 8x8 ft corner is sufficient).

- Trio / Acoustic: Medium-sized space (approx. 8x4 ft).

- Full Show: Requires a stage or a larger, designated area.

6. What happens if the event lasts longer than planned?

We know that the best gatherings tend to run long. All contracts allow for adding extra hours on the spot, subject to availability and prior coordination with the artist.

7. Can we customize or suggest songs for the repertoire?

Absolutely! We have an extensive and versatile repertoire tailored to each format, but we are happy to include special songs for key moments—such as a welcome, an inauguration, or a toast—provided they are arranged in advance.

8. How far in advance should I book the date?

Ideally, you should book 2 to 4 weeks in advance to guarantee availability, especially during high-demand periods (weekends or the holiday/corporate season). However, if your event is last-minute, please contact us, and we will check our schedule immediately.

9. What technical requirements must the venue provide?

We only need a reliable electrical connection (standard power outlet) near the presentation area and a covered or sheltered space if the event is outdoors. We take care of everything else.

10. What is the hiring and payment process?

It’s very simple: you tell us the details of your event (date, venue, event type, and guests), and we recommend the best format and provide a quote. To secure the date, a deposit is required, and the remaining balance is settled on the day of the event before the performance begins.
